Where can I get a detailed course content, number of hours lecture time and pricing?

Contact us for detailed course content and pricing details.  We will be happy to email the details to you and discuss them over the phone. When you are ready to start a course, let us know the dates you are available for and we will try our best to facilitate a lecturer accordingly. 

 

Do you provide onsite training?

Yes, we frequently provide training to small groups of company personnel or to company managers/directors on a one to one basis. We only require an office or meeting room that can cater for training.

 

Can I ask the lecturer for help after my course is finished?

Our courses are well taught and in most cases students don’t need any further assistance to apply their new skills in a work environment.  Our course manuals that are provided free with each course contain lots of screenshots showing step by step procedures so they can be used for reference purposes long after the completion of any course.  However, if you feel you need a bit more assistance in any particular area, our lecturer will be happy to assist by phone or email for a nominal charge.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

You can make a payment for any course using Cash, Cheque, Bank Transfer or PayPal.  Sorry we do not accept credit or debit cards. For payments by cheque we request payment at least a week in advance so that the cheque is cleared before the start of the course.  Like all other training institutions, we request payment in full BEFORE the commencement of any course.

 

I have just set up my own website after attending your web design course.  Can I email the lecturer for assistance in a couple of points on which I am stuck?

Yes, we are happy to assist further on payment of a nominal fee to compensate the lecturer for his time outside of the course.

 

Do you provide home or office support?

Yes, in most cases we ask the student to install a small program on their computers (it is freely available on the internet) and each time you need something resolved on your computer, you simply run this remote access program and it will generate a unique password.  You give the lecturer this password to enable him to log onto your laptop or desktop computer and resolve this issue for you.  There will be a nominal charge for this service based on how long it takes us to resolve this issue. If you prefer a home or office visit, then it will cost slightly more.

 

Do you teach courses other than the ones shown on this website?

We do our best to cater for other courses. If you have something in mind, please feel free to ask us for a quote.  We will do our best to provide you training for it if one of our lecturers is able to produce a manual and can allocate the time to train you for your individual subject.

 

What is the normal age group of people you train?

We provide A level tuition for students aged 16 years or over and have also trained mature people up to the age of 60 years in the use of computers.  Age is no barrier to learning, as long as you have the will to learn, we will provide you with the right tutor/trainer to teach you quickly and successfully.

 

What is the best way to contact you?

If you are in a hurry, you can try one of the phone numbers listed above.  Should you fail to get through the first time, then please try again later as they lecturer or office staff may not be available to take your call.  Our preferred method of contact is via the Contact Form.  Please give full details of your requirements together with your email address and phone number and one of our lecturers will get back to you.

 

Do you provide any additional services to training?

Yes, we can install and customise your Sage Line 50 accounting software on your computers. We provide a range of support services. If you would like us to set up a business website for you, we can do so for very reasonable charges. We also design unique Excel templates to facilitate easy data entry and access for your staff so that you can get the vital reports you need in a timely manner. Should you require temporary finance cover, we can provide a qualified accountant to fill in the gap whilst you source a permanent member of staff.  Ask us what you need and if we can provide the service, we will be happy to give you a free quotation for it.
